Many Studios presents Ross Street Market, a monthly, outdoor arts, food and drink market in the historic Barras Market.

We have selected a fantastic range of design lead arts and craft plus some cracking street food traders celebrating all things local. The market will run from 11am-5pm, come along support your local small businesses and enjoy our special curated selection of traders.

SHOPS @ KENT STREET
We have two brilliant shops in our creative units at 6 and 8 Kent Street (G40 2SP) on the street parallel to Ross Street. Don't forget to pop around the corner and visit Rip It Up vintage and Tuck (plants, jewellery, cards and gift shop).

WORKSHOP
As part of Ross Street Market Christmas Edition, Claire Weale from Arboretum Candles (arboretum-candles.com) will lead a perfume-making workshop, giving participants the chance to create their own Christmas room spray, using fragrances such as frankincense, orange spice,  grapefruit, cedarwood, clary sage, lavender and bergamot! Claire will also give participants an insight into basic theory of fragrance composition! The workshop is Pay What You can on the day. ARTS

Mobile Print Studio
Mobile Print Studio is a Glasgow based partnership run by local artists David Farrar and Fionnuala McGowan, delivering pop-up printmaking workshops within the community.

David & Fionnuala also design and hand-print a range of cards, notebooks, clocks, coasters, decorations and small prints in their colourful house style. www.mobileprintstudio.co.uk

Mirella Martinez Gonzalez
Mirella Martinez Gonzalez was born in Buenos Aires in 1986, studying at the Manuel Belgrano Fine Arts School (now INFA). Mirella also attended several courses of art history at the Friends Association of the National Museum of Fine Arts. Mirella will be selling prints, cards and art work.

Viv Walker
Viv Walker is an artist and a craftsperson. She works in green wood (freshly cut wood) to create bespoke craft spoons. She makes these items from fresh wood, using only hand tools such as knives and axes.

Jennifer Tsang
Jennifer’s collection is a reflection on her love for structural forms and geometric patterns found in nature and architecture, which she translates into wearable pieces of jewellery. Her collections are designed with simplicity and modernity but with a classic touch. All pieces are individually hand made and finished in her workshop in Paisley, Scotland.
