Building Manager (Maternity Cover)
The core services of Many Studios are forty creative workspaces and an events space for temporary hire. Since moving to The Barras in 2016, the organisation has produced an ambitious, international arts programme through The Gallow Gate, and led community projects including Pocket Park.
We are currently recruiting for a Building Manager (maternity cover). The role is offered on a 9-month fixed term contract. The Building Manager is the point of contact for our studio members, nurturing a harmonious and well-serviced community building, while ensuring we maintain capacity in studio membership and external hires. It is hands-on and requires practical and organised working.

Job Title: Building Manager
Reporting to: Director
Salary: £26,000 per annum pro rata
Contract: 4 days / 28 hrs a week, fixed term of 9 months.
Working days: Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm (including one-hour, unpaid break), weekly pattern can be changed. The role includes event supervision so evening and weekend work is required, operating TOIL.
